The location was excellent, just a short distance from Southover Grange Gardens. All the staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. 😊.

We had a great time here, as the venue is simple yet nice, and it’s conveniently located just a short distance from the train station and the restaurant. The place is simple and great, suited fine, and the setting was perfect.

This venue has a fantastic location close to the bus and train stations and the town center, the rooms are quite peaceful and comfortable, and the staff is friendly.

The room size was mind-blowing, with a living room, big kitchen, and bathroom for the price of one. The location was super, just a short walk from the central station and a shopping mall. The staff were jaw-droppingly helpful and provided vegan options for breakfast. The wi-fi and TV were excellent, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also offered luggage storage and had a 24-hour reception. We would definitely consider staying here again for its excellent facilities and friendly staff.

The hotel I always return to has everything I need - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge, and more. The staff even helped me with plug adaptors! I'm excited to come back for Easter.

Rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a good choice of pillows. the staff is friendly and helpful, and breakfast is ok. there are nearby shopping malls and supermarkets, as well as good parking options.

Noise can be an issue due to nearby construction or traffic if you get a room facing a main street.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the historic town centre and train station. The breakfast served was good with a decent variety of dishes, especially the muesli. The hotel provided dedicated parking and free and reasonably fast Wi-Fi, which was a plus point for us.

There was no tea or coffee maker in the room, or even a fan, which made it quite uncomfortable in the hot weather. The noise from the traffic on the main road was disturbing at night.
